With optional preheating up to 500 °C, you can achieve significantly better component quality in various applications and materials used in industries such as tool and mold making, aerospace and medicine. This provides you with various advantages, including fewer support structures and stress cracks in titanium (Ti-6Al-4V). Additionally, for certain materials such as H11 (1.2343) and H13 (1.2344), machining is first possible at a temperature of 500 °C.
