• Mechatronics and assembly: Complex mechatronic assemblies conducted in our own ESD-safe workshop. Service areas include cable harnessing, wiring, assembly of power supplies, frames, housings, and complete systems in OEM device manufacturing.
• Precision engineering and production: GBN Systems manufactures components on 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers with our CNC-based precision machining. Single parts, prototypes, and small series can be additively manufactured on our own 3D printers of various sizes.
• Quality management, mechatronic OEM device manufacturing, support cycle, networks, and memberships: As a contract manufacturer and supply chain manager, we offer the advantages of a system supplier. Our modular support cycle helps you achieve market success. In the Munich region, we have over 60 specialized companies with around 1,000 employees as part of our supply chain network that has grown over the years.
