BMF Unveils microArch™ S350: The Highest Throughput Microscale 3D Printer

The micro 3D printer microArch S350 meets the requirements of series production with component quality and printing speed. The latest in BMF's line of micro-precision industrial 3D printers offers 25µm resolution.

Boston Micro Fabrication
Maynard, United States

The microArch S350 is based on BMF's patented PµSL (Projection Micro-Stereolithography) technology. This technique enables the rapid photopolymerization of liquid polymer layers by means of a UV light flash with micro-precise resolution. With a build volume of 100 x 100 x 50 millimeters and fewer projection zones, the printing system achieves a high printing speed that is noticeable in the production environment as well as in the laboratory, both for micro-scale parts with high-resolution features and for small components that require high accuracy or require precision. A new automated lateral membrane displacement allows for easier component pick-up or the integration of a robotic arm, resulting in greater ease of use and enabling the automation of series part production.

"With the new microArch S350, BMF is bringing its high resolution, accuracy and precision to an even wider range of 25µm end-use applications," said John Kawola, CEO of BMF. "This printer is aimed at industrial customers who need faster throughput, higher volume and more automation, and who cannot do without premium part quality."

The microArch S350 has become an important tool for printing high-resolution serial parts with its high part quality, production-ready throughput and greater variety of print materials.

About BMF - Boston Micro Fabrication

Founded in 2016, BMF has offices in Singapore, Boston, Shenzhen and Tokyo. For more information about BMF, please visit www.bmf3d.com.
