A high-performance dual laser system, the M2 Series 5 is available in 400 W or 1 kW versions and features full overlap of the laser systems. It features an optimised gas flow system with less recycling, which reduces inhomogeneities across the entire build field by 25%. Advanced software features such as pre-calculation save you time and increase productivity, especially for complex parts. With a build volume of 245 x 245 x 350 mm, it also offers a larger build volume for your projects. The Mlab family (Mlab R & Mlab 200R) was designed for versatility, ease of use and safety. It is ideal for manufacturing parts with intricate structures and can process both reactive and non-reactive materials. A patented drawer system enables quick and safe material changes without the risk of contamination. All processes take place under protective gas, which further increases safety.
The powder is crucial for achieving outstanding results. Our machines have been specifically designed to integrate seamlessly with the high-quality powders from AP&C, a Colibrium Additive company. Manufactured using plasma atomisation, AP&C powders are characterised by their high sphericity and minimal porosity, resulting in optimal flowability and packing density.
