The Fuse Blast from Formlabs is a fully automated and easy-to-use cleaning and polishing system for post-processing SLS 3D printed parts. It integrates seamlessly into the Fuse series ecosystem and optimises your post-processing workflows by enabling you to clean an entire build chamber of parts in 30 minutes. With the optional polishing extension, the Fuse Blast produces a smooth, semi-gloss surface finish that is ready for painting.

With Fuse Blast, Formlabs offers the best solution for effortless cleaning of printed parts. Thanks to fully automatic post-processing, you can clean an entire build chamber full of parts in just a few minutes using preset programmes that save you from having to experiment. That doesn't mean the Fuse Blast doesn't offer you options for customising the work process: switch between automatic, manually assisted and fully manual modes to ensure thorough cleaning of parts of all sizes and geometries.
