All important stakeholders in the Swiss AM industry will meet at Messe Luzern once again on September 12 and 13, 2023. On these two days, around 80 exhibitors and brands will provide a unique overview of the additive manufacturing sector and present their products, solutions and innovations.
For the fifth time, AM Expo is the competent and most important meeting place for professional 3D printing. For two days, developers, designers, product managers and purchasers from the processing industry can obtain compact information about new technologies and materials and all topics relevant to additive manufacturing. AM Expo provides them with an overview of the latest state of play and future developments.
Broad thematic coverage
With seven different focus topics, AM Expo addresses a wide range of themes as well as the key issues with regard to additive manufacturing. The focus topics at AM Expo will help visitors address their challenges and provide easy access to additive manufacturing, regardless of the sector in which they operate. In 2023, special attention is given to sustainability. Sustainability aspects relating to production processes will be emphasized and inputs given on energy efficiency with regard to materials.
Symposium for knowledge transfer
The symposium will feature a total of 44 presentations on different topics. Experts will provide practical information about the current state of additive manufacturing technology and identify the topics and areas of application that are relevant at present. Eleven keynote speakers will be reporting on science, technology and industry. Interesting projects will be introduced in 25 presentations, and eight start-up pitches will offer interested parties an overview of the latest innovations in additive manufacturing. Participation in the symposium is included in the admission to the trade fair.

Networking at the cheese and wine party
With the cheese and wine party, this year's AM Expo once again offers an exclusive informal and culinary networking event. On Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 4.00 pm, visitors, exhibitors, speakers and partners can share ideas in a convivial atmosphere at a superb cocktail party.
AMPA and Swiss Medtech Expo are taking place in parallel with AM Expo
Swiss Medtech Expo, the third-largest medtech market in Europe will take place in parallel with AM Expo. For the first time, AMPA is being held at the same time as Swiss Medtech Expo. AMPA is a scientific conference organized by ETH Zurich. It focuses on all topics that are necessary for launching and establishing a series manufactured additive product on the market. Admission to both exhibitions is included in the trade fair ticket, and tickets to AMPA can be bought here.
