ALO: Hand welding laser in use at Museum Basel

The new ALO from ALPHA LASER, distributed by Laserpuls AG, sets standards in manual laser welding. Whether bulky parts, fine welding or laser polishing - with its convenient working chamber, versatile loading options and 100-120 W power, the ALO is the perfect solution for dental laboratories, jewelry manufacturers and sensor producers - recently successfully used in the Basel Historical Museum.

Flexible loading & ergonomic design

The ALO offers a variety of laser safety openings: side slots for bulky parts, loading from below and a large front opening - complemented by a bullet-proof leather curtain and comfortable armrest for fatigue-free working.

• ALO 100: 100 W output power, 25 Hz pulse frequency, pulse energy 60 J (7 kW peak) 
• ALO 120: 120 W output power, 50 Hz, 95 J (10 kW peak) - also enables laser polishing 
• Optional: fine welding function, cooling connection and PLC-controlled rotary axis.
